This role is pivotal in delivering an exceptional fine dining experience. The Server is responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience by providing attentive, knowledgeable, and courteous service. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, a warm and professional demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities:
- Embrace our mission and vision and guide guests through their dining experience, focusing on building a relationship with the guests.
- Possess the knowledge to answer questions regarding our menu, while demonstrating a complete knowledge of the ingredients, preparation methods, table-side cooking concepts, and beverages.
- Maintain a high level of hospitality and professionalism with each team member and guest.
- Enter all orders and transactions in our point-of-sale system.
- Ensure company policy is followed regarding drinking age regulations; ensure compliance with age verification process as well as monitoring guests for intoxication.
- Partner with the staff to serve food and beverages that exceed our guests’ expectations.
- Provide attentive service, monitoring and observing our guest's dining experience. Ensure guests have a valuable overall experience, focusing on building the intent to return.
- Be committed to ensuring all steps of service are followed and adhered to.
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.
- Prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, and process credit card charges.
- Promptly address disputes and guest service issues, never losing focus on maintaining outstanding service and hospitality.
- Be passionate about ensuring a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant for our guests.
- Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as assigned.
- Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and laws including health and safety standards.
- Foster a guest-focused environment, delivering a consistently outstanding hospitality experience.
Required Skills / Abilities / Competencies:
- Ability to maintain a calm, composed demeanor in high-stress situations while providing excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Basic knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer preferred but not required.
- Experience with POS systems preferred but not required.
- Warm, welcoming demeanor with a personable presence.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations.
- Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to manage a high volume of guests while maintaining service quality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional attitude.

Education and Experience:
- Must be at least (18) years of age.
- Possess a current Food Handler’s and TABC certification before starting work.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience as a server in a fine dining environment required.
Work Environment:
- Working during evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate peak dining hours.
- Occasional exposure to loud noise levels and varying temperatures, particularly when moving between the dining area and kitchen.
- Handling guest requests or issues in real-time, which may require quick problem-solving and adaptability.
- Collaborating with a diverse team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff in a structured yet flexible atmosphere.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for periods of up to eight (8) hours.
- Must have the stamina to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Must be able to lift fifty (50) pounds at a time. Required to use assistance when available i.e. hand trucks, ramps, or another team member.
